Here is yet another experiment in sudoku graphics. I took out the grid lines and added white pixels somewhat randomly, but more likely near the edges than the centers of the cells.

Looks like a Mondrian. You’ve raised Sudoku passion to an art. Congratulations!

A Mondrian or a nice quilt pattern. I like it. Now you just need to find a quilt maker with computer controlled equipment you can send the pattern to and presto!

Thanks. I’m not satisfied with this particular image and may try tweaking the randomizing function.
I have thought about quilts. I don’t know about computer controlled, but there are lots of little old ladies with long-arm sewing machines.
This is not what I think of as Mondrian, but it’s a good idea. Take an artist with a system (like Mondrian) and use a sudoku as the underlying pattern. A Picassudoku is on my to-do list.
