Garfield in translation

Yet another postmodern tribute to Garfield. In this one, the captions have been translated to Chinese and then back to English using Google or Yahoo. Is there something about Garfield that encourages such experimentation? Or do people experiment on Garfield simply because other people have experimented on Garfield?
